If you have debris in your driveway, parking lot, or walkways that would interfere with your service - like branches, leaves, overgrown shrubs, sand, and more - we can take care of this for you!
If you have property in your driveway or parking lot - like trash cans, lawnmowers, wheelbarrows, and more - that need to be moved before your service, and you are unable to move these items yourself, we can do this for you!
If your driveway/parking lot has a significant layer of dirt or other material that would lead to the sealer being unable to stick properly, we can pressure wash the area to prep it for sealer!
If grass has grown over the space you need sealed, we can remove it to create clean edges!

In the event there are any complications with your service (i.e. the sealer didn't stick), let us know as soon as possible, and we will visit your property to assess the situation. If requested and if due to any fault of ours, we will redo your service for half the price of your original invoice. If you would like a refund, based on the specific circumstances of the situation, we can offer you a 50% refund of the original service price.
Please note that we will only offer 20% off for redoing a service if the complications arose due to events that we were not responsible for. This includes the following:
We price per square foot OR per linear square foot if crack sealing. If an add-on is recommended or requested, the extra fee(s) will be added to the total cost per square or linear foot.
If you're interested in receiving a FREE quote, we'll stop by your property to measure. You don't have to be present for this, but we'll coordinate a date and time with you! If any of our discounts apply to you, that will be shared in the quote we send you after measuring, in addition to any add-on services you request.
Once the service has been booked, we'll send you an invoice via email or text message!
