In the event you prefer your sealcoat to be applied by hand/with a brush rather than sprayed on/with a machine, we can do this for you. There are additional costs based on square footage for the additional labor and materials.

Need more than a pothole repaired? Our small paving service includes extracting eroded asphalt from a pothole and replacing it with a smooth surface to prevent further damage and create smoother traffic for your parking lot.

If you have debris in your driveway, parking lot, or walkways that would interfere with your service - like branches, leaves, overgrown shrubs, sand, and more - we can take care of this for you; additional fees may apply, and this will be evaluated during your quote.

If you have property in your driveway or parking lot - like trash cans, lawnmowers, wheelbarrows, and more - that need to be moved before your service, and you are unable to move these items yourself, we can do this for you; additional fees may apply, and this will be evaluated during your quote.

If your driveway/parking lot has a significant layer of dirt or other material that would lead to the sealer being unable to stick properly, we can pressure wash the area to prep it for sealer; additional fees may apply, and this will be evaluated during your quote.

If grass has grown over the space you need sealed, we can remove it to create clean edges; additional fees may apply, and this will be evaluated during your quote.
