No. If you have a hump under the asphalt on your property, there is more than likely a rock underneath it. Attempting to remove the rock would ruin the asphalt.
Crack sealer prevents water and ice damage from expanding and creating larger cracks. Large cracks may damage vehicles and become hazardous. If cracks get out of hand, repaving the driveway is recommended, which is what we want you to avoid!
We clean out the loose asphalt in and around the pothole, then use PermaPatch or Aquafault to fill the hole, ensuring it sticks by using heat before adding the product. We then compact the material to keep everything in place!

For sealcoating, we measure the square footage. For crack filling, we measure the linear footage of each crack. We then price for any other prep work needed.
For residential properties, you can walk on your driveway 24 hours after sealcoating, and drive on it 48 hours after. For commercial properties, you can walk and drive on the property after 6 hours due to the fast-drying additive we use for commercial purposes.
We can add a fast-drying solution to the sealer for an extra fee! This fee will be included in your quote if requested. The reason a fee is included for residential properties that request the fast-drying additive is because the additive must be mixed in with the entire tank of sealer, requiring us to use the full tank--in other words, we can't use sealer with the additive leftover from your driveway on someone else's driveway if they didn't ask for it. With commercial properties, it's a given we'll use the entire tank!
No! The additive doesn't change the quality of the sealer or how long it will last.
