Pricing, Quoting, and Invoicing
At Turbo Lane Sealcoating, we strive to offer affordable service costs for your residential or commercial property needs. We calculate service costs based on the size of the property, the current market price of materials, and labor cost. We do not charge you based on time spent completing your service or on travel time, and we will never complete a service or charge you for it unless you requested an additional service or approved an additional service recommendation.

Quoting
If you're interested in receiving a FREE quote, we'll stop by your property to measure. You don't have to be present for this, but we'll coordinate a date and time with you so you know when we'll be stopping by. If any of our discounts apply to you, that will be shared in the quote we send you after measuring, in addition to any add-on services you request or approve of following our recommendation.
Invoicing
After we send you your free custom quote and you book your service, we'll send you an official invoice. We require invoices to be paid in full within 1 week of service completion for commercial properties, and within 3 weeks of service completion for residential properties. Depending on property size, specifically with commercial jobs, we require a deposit before service completion.
